Cookies with pieces of chocolate

Have you ever seen those huge round cookies with pieces of chocolate stuck to them and wondered how they are made? Well there lots of ways to make these kind of cookies. However i am gonna show you one of the best ways to do them .
Ingredients:
525gr flour
1 tea spoon salt
2 tea spoons baking soda
400gr soft butter
600gr brown sugar
200gr sugar
                                                                                    4 big eggs
                                                                                    2 tea spoon vanilla essence
                                                                                    250gr natural or milk chocolate chips

How to make:



  1.  Preheat a oven to 190C, if you use a gas one set it on 5.
  2.   Cover with butter tree shallow baking pans.
  3.   Mix in a big bowl the flour, baking soda and salt.
  4.   In another big bowl put the butter and two kind of sugar, mix with a mixer on high until the mixture is fluffy.
  5.   Add the eggs one by one. Mix every single egg until it blends with the mix. (You add this in the second bowl)
  6.   Set the mixer on slow and slowly add the vanilla essence and the flour mix to the other mix.
  7.   Add the chocolate chips, use a wooden spatula to the mix it with the rest.
  8.   Separate the dough in small golf size balls. And put the balls in the pans. There must be around 7cm distance between each cookie. They expand allot so please do keep them far apart.
  9.   Bake the cookies for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Take the cookies out of the oven and leave them for 5 minutes to cool.
  11. After the 5 minutes have passed take them out of the pan and let them cool on a metal grill.



You should get around 50 cookies.
Time to make the recipe around 20 min.
Baking 10 minutes.
Difficulty: Very easy.
